About

I discovered the healing powers of yoga over ten years ago when treating an injury from sports. As I have always practiced sports and physically vigorous disciplines, such as capoeira, I was naturally drawn to Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket. While exploring the practice, not only did I feel that the physical element was nurturing the body, but I soon discovered and appreciated all the benefits beyond the physical.

Eager to share the wellbeing that yoga brings to every aspect of my life, I completed my 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga Teacher Training with The Yoga People in London and in India in 2018.

Yoga continues to be a universe to be explored and experienced for me, both through practicing and teaching; it is a journey of growth and discovery that keeps on evolving and expanding, allowing me to learn and discover something new every day, on and off the mat. I am excited for everyone who embarks on this transformative journey.

My classes are dynamic and playful, with a strong emphasis on the breath. I provide options and variations, inviting practitioners to explore and find their expression of the asanas, leading them to grow their personal practice and to find authenticity.

I believe that yoga is about the holistic wellbeing of oneself and the community, so I strive to create a welcoming space for people to connect with themselves and with others.

I am deeply grateful to my teachers Dulce Aguilar, Jamie Clarke, Marcus Veda, Katarina Rayburn, Amme Poulton and Leon London.
